Liberty D50 Pistol is a powerful modified Desert Eagle that you’ll have to work really hard for. Click on the link at the start of this entry for more detailed instructions, but here’s the TL;DR. You have to complete the Capitol Hill stronghold, then do specific missions on Hard or higher difficulty to get all the components.
